Returns and refunds policy
We will return your money if you are not happy with your item, if it does not correspond to the description or if it is broken. We will return the item’s money for the genuine reasons stated above only. Goods must be returned always with tracking number (please discuss previously with us the available carriers in your country to choose the best one). Refund of purchase price will be made by the same method of the original payment. Money will be returned when the item arrives to us and if the item is not (more) damaged (if that’s the case). Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. As during all our online selling history, we will not let any client unsatisfied with any business, since you respect all stated conditions.
a) If you are not happy with your item, please return it in the original packaging within 14 days. No questions asked. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Goods must be returned carriage paid and with tracking number.
b) If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again, please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement (your choice). Including postage. Goods must be returned with tracking number.
c) If your item is broken, please return it to us as soon as possible within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including shipping. Please take a picture when unpacking the received package of fragile items. It will help also on our claim to the shipping carrier. D.O.A. (Damage On Arrival) should be communicated within 24 hours after receiving the package. Otherwise, you can’t make proof that it was already damaged when it arrived to you and return will not take place. No exceptions. Goods must be returned with tracking number.
